Has anyone tried the Slimentia weight loss product and has it worked or is it a scam?

I want to order this product on the phone 1 866 526 1963 it says that in the first 24 hours you lose 5 and a half pounds and after that 2 pounds a day! it is 127.05 for the package where if you have more than 45lbs to lose. as you can see this is a lot of money and i want to be careful oh and the doctors name is Robert Tinguely and his company name is DTAR Group in moose creek ontario!!! I have tried to confirm the the doctor and the company but i cant find him anywhere!!!!!
