What are the laws regarding advertising in your country? In my country a company is not allowed to make false claims such as "no animal derivatives" if they use animal derivatives, the law is referred to as false advertising and there is an agency responsible for policing advertisers which will impose fines on those who break the regulations. Look into the relevant laws, what agency is responsible and tell them about it.
