What does this dream mean?

I will discuss Dream 2. It recurs as the core problem has not been resolved. The clock represents a deadline of some caliber and you fail to be somewhere when the clock chimes. The pigeons could be those things you need to do (or capture), but they they all fly away, from missign the deadline, you have failed to do what it is you need to do
