Will I have to pay tax on international purchases?

I'm in the UK, and computer components are crazy expensive over here. I've found a site in another part of the EU that looks like it isn't adding tax - it's prices are ridiculously low, cheaper than the USA's tax free sites even. If I buy from them, will it be stopped at customs or something and tax added?
