How to get rid of dry and oily skin? :(?

i have the exact same problem as u im 21 and ive had it since puberty started i find a makup base moisturieser helps alot u can buy it anywhere really if that dont help then go to the docs or ask ur local pharmacy or see a makup expert or something look in avon there good or even moisturisers for spots and acne ther desind for awkward skin :)
