List the physical difference between charcoal and limestone?

charcol is a type of sedimentary rock which is formed from dead plants 225 million years ago during the time of Mesozoic era and now uses for energy consumption. Where as lime stone is also a type of sedimentary rocks formed from dead plants aswellas animals during the time of Mesozoic era geological time scale and now uses for construction purposes mixing with cement. if we leave it as it is it will change in to marble which becomes metamorphic rocks.
