How do I get my hair to look like this?

It looks like she did not use a curling iron at all. What she probably did was blow dry her hair, and of course use some hair mousse towards her roots. What she may have done to achieve those wavy ends was take a thin flat iron, and turn the ends of her hair inward as she came towards the bottom. You must have layered hair to achieve this look.
