I want to build a hut/shed out of rocks and stones, what can I use to stick them together?

I live in an area full of lime stone and rocks! What can I use to cement the rocks together? I cant use cement, what other ways are there? I have access to a lot of limestone could I make quick lime out of the lime stone? How can I do that? What other ways and means can I stick these rocks to make the first side of the wall roughly 7 1/2 feet high! Thanks!
