Mercedes A 160, WDD 168 Steering column components?

I am not familiar with this model normally working on other makes. The assembly breaks down into a top tube with two ball bearings. A top shaft running in the bearings. A centre shaft with a UJ and a short lower shaft with another UJ. Do what extent if any UK dealers supply these components separately, or do you have to purchase the complete assembly? Thanks.
