What do anti-evolution Christians mean by these popular mantras (which they believe "disprove evilution")?

They're just ignorant and in denial (just referring to those you made those comments, not all Christians). They'll do or say anything to disregard things that disprove their beliefs. Even put their hands over their ears and scream "lalalalalalalala! I can't hear you so you're lying!"
