Can the sound my rabbit makes be a sign she's pregnant?!?!?!?

its her 7th day being hopfully pregnant we dont know if she really is yet though. but today when i gave her food, water and cleaned poop from her bed and gave her hay she ran from me but this time she made a sound that sounded like a snort mixed with a grunt it was a low grunt/snort it sounded like a pig mixed with a moose type of grunt do you think she's telling me to stay away from her cause she's pregnant or something??
