What are some good free campgrounds in Maine?

I've been to the plumb Creek campsite up in Moose head lake and had a blast. This year, me and some friends are planning a trip and are looking for spots that have good fishing and swimming access. I would like the name of some good campsites in Maine or New Hampshire that are free or very cheap. Preferably on the water. Thanks a lot for any ideas or answers!!!
