How do scrunch hair without using gel or moose? Please Help?

Try just plain hairspray. Towel dry your hair as best you can. maybe even use the blow dryer a little and then spray with hairspray all over . Scrunch it up into a bun on the top of your head. (More like a messy ball) and spray with LOTS of hairspray. In a few minutes, take it down.
